About this role

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred. 5+ years of direct experience in college admissions, college counseling, or independent educational consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in selective college admissions processes, including application strategy, essay development, extracurricular positioning, and testing
  • Proven ability to build frameworks, write clearly, and translate complex expertise into practical, repeatable processes for non-experts
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Current, working knowledge of the college admissions landscape, including recent policy shifts, institutional priorities, and emerging trends
  • 5+ years of direct experience in college admissions, college counseling, or independent educational consulting
  • Candidates with fewer years will be considered if they demonstrate exceptional depth of knowledge
  • comfortable leading webinars, creating written content, and speaking at industry events
