Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and Administer medications and treatments in Monitor patient status and document

Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in nursing
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare management
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards of care at all times

Monitor patient status and document changes in health condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient care across various settings
Education

Required Skills & Experience This role allows you to Participate in training and development Education

Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Nursing - RN Experience
Minimum of 6 months RN experience

Comprehensive understanding of patient care, including the ability to conduct thorough assessments using the nursing process
Preferred: Greater than 1 year experience in similar clinical setting Skills and Abilities
Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma Nursing - RN
