Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technology and business roles in a B2C digital marketplace
Serve as an HR Business Partner to the leadership team, focusing on performance reviews and employee development
Implement people programs aligned with business goals and provide guidance on employee relations and team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruiting and / or HRBP roles with significant recruiting depth
Proven experience in a B2C marketplace and / or technology environment
Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill roles
Experience in performance management and coaching within technology teams
Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a high-growth setting
