Position Title: Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator

Business Unit or Department: Human Resources

Position Reports to: HR Senior Manager, Recruiter

Location: Crystal Mountain, WA

Wage Range: 22.00 - 23.00/ hr DOE

POSITION SUMMARY 

The recruiting team is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process while listening and attending to current employee needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

NOTE: This position is a temporary position August through December, that may lead to permanent placement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

  • Perform reference checks as needed

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

  • Station the front desk by responding to employee needs as they arise and logging service tickets

  • Manage onboarding and new hire process

  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma/GED.

  • Recruiting experience preferred

  • Ability to efficiently manage people and resources.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and grow as business needs change.

  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.

  • Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basis.

  • The ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.

  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.
