We welcome and offer comprehensive onboarding and extensive full training to both starting out new licensees and experienced agents who want to up their game! Our Agents are among the most productive and highest earning in the industry earning more than double the local average for licensed Realtors, more than $200,000 per year (NET of fees, splits and expenses). Typically our agents earn between $75,000 to more than $150,000 in the first full year, then double that in second year and agents with us +2 years earned on average $233,000 in 2022. Our top producing agents earn upwards of $500,000 annually. NOTE: COMMISSION ONLY POSITION To earn more you've got to learn more and we have the people and structure in place to maximize your opportunities in establishing and growing your real estate business.
