Qualifications • Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. • Proficient in property management principles and practices. • Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. • A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring. • A proactive approach to networking and building client relationships is essential.
