We are seeking a top-producing real estate professional to serve as a Senior Agent and Market Leader for our Northern and Central New Jersey operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding market presence while the Team Leader expands to other geographic markets in the future, but will remain actively involved in ownership, branding, and strategic direction. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient producer, natural leader, and market expert who can manage day-to-day operations, drive production, and lead agents while upholding the team’s standards, culture, and reputation.
