Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, professional, and client-focused Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. Whether you are a seasoned producer or a newly licensed agent, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a trusted and recognized real estate brand.
Responsibilities
• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
• Analyze market trends and pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and local real estate regulations
Qualifications
• Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience preferred, but not required—we provide training and mentorship
