Project Manager (Municipal Drinking Water) – Denver, CO Position: Project Manager – Municipal Drinking Water Location: Denver, Colorado Salary Range per Year: $140,000–$225,000+ (DOE — company will pay above range for exceptional talent) Employer: 100% Employee-Owned ESOP Engineering Firm Industry: Water Treatment · Municipal Infrastructure · EPC Projects We are hiring a Municipal Drinking Water Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects involving water treatment facilities, pump stations, water storage systems, permitting, construction and delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role within a top-performing regional Water team. Responsibilities • Lead planning, design, construction and technical delivery of drinking water projects • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate across engineering groups • Oversee project budgets, schedules, scope and client relationships • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases • Support business development, proposals, and long-term strategic pursuits • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members • Represent the firm within the water and wastewater industry • Manage contracts, change orders, subcontracts and project documentation Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $225,000.00 al año Beneficios: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance Pregunta(s) de postulación: • * 7+ years in engineering design (10+ preferred), with municipal water experience? • 3+ years managing engineering projects (required)? • * Prior consulting experience preferred? • Professional Registration (PE) strongly preferred? • Strong client relationship and business development skills? • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities? • Ability to manage complex schedules, technical design reviews and multidisciplinary teams? • Ability to travel up to 20%?
