Location: Denver, Colorado
Salary Range per Year: $140,000–$225,000+ (DOE — company will pay above range for exceptional talent)

We are hiring a Municipal Drinking Water Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects involving water treatment facilities, pump stations, water storage systems, permitting, construction and delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role within a top-performing regional Water team.
Responsibilities
• Lead planning, design, construction and technical delivery of drinking water projects
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate across engineering groups
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, scope and client relationships
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases
• Support business development, proposals, and long-term strategic pursuits
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members
• Represent the firm within the water and wastewater industry
• Manage contracts, change orders, subcontracts and project documentation
