Job Description The Project Manager's responsibilities include: • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. • Develop project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines. • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Monitor project budgets and address any variances promptly. • Ensure safety standards and regulations are adhered to on-site. • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and leadership abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
