Human Resources (HR) Intern

JOB PURPOSE:
Perform a variety of duties in the HR Department including, but not limited to any of the following areas: Payroll, Recruiting, Classification/Compensation, Records, Learning, Benefits, Employee Relations, or HRIS. This is a highly developmental role for those candidates considering a career in business or HR. This role will provide significant exposure to the “inner workings†of a progressive department serving a wide range of constituents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform special research projects to assist in the completion of strategic HR projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Working towards a degree at the University of Wyoming (business or HR degree preferred) or LCCC.
