repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. • Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation,

maintenance, repair,

and services of water, waste,

and gas.

Troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs, backflow balancing valves water heaters
New installations, solder pipes, braise pipes, thread pipes, and pro-press
Estimate time and materials for use in each project

Measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to the required angle, using hand or power tools or machines
Perform plumbing repairs, inspections, and tasks as required per work orders or scope of work
Cut openings in structures to accommodate repairs using hand and power tools
Drain maintenance, drain cleaning, jetting, and camera inspection

Required Skills & Experience Skills and Abilities General Plumber requires 2 or Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications

General Plumber requires 2 or more years of working experience in commercial and or residential plumbing
Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications are a plus but not a requirement for the position
Possesses most of the necessary tools to complete various job assignments
Ability to use various construction, power, and hand tools

Valid Driver’s License without any driving restrictions, no DUI or DWI in the past five years
Knowledgeable and able to perform research and problem-solving in most aspects of Plumbing
Has knowledge of construction materials, material applications, and tools
