Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors • Tools/Equipment Used: Hand tools, power tools, pipe bender, propane torch, welding equipment, sewer rooter; heavy equipment including forklift, trencher, backhoe, light, district vehicle • Posture: Frequent standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting; work in tiring and uncomfortable positions and tight and enclosed spaces • Motion: Frequent walking; repetitive hand motions, wrist flexion/extension, grasping/squeezing, overhead reaching; frequent driving • Lifting: Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds without assistance, 30-55 pounds with assistance, and more than 55 pounds with appropriate assistance •
