SUMMARY:

The Part Time Receptionist at National Heritage Academies (NHA) will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience to individuals who call or visit our Service Center. The individual selected for this position will perform a variety of administrative tasks and will be focused on providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate is someone who can identify problems and quickly find solutions, is extremely outgoing and possesses strong organizational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure an excellent experience for guests who call into or visit the Service Center
  • Answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Manage the rental car needs of NHA Service Center employees
  • Data entry
  • Project coordination
  • Various administrative tasks as needed

Schedule:

  • Monday: off
  • Tuesday: 12:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 12:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 12:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Hours are a set schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of applicable professional experience
  • Ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Ability to complete quick and accurate data entry
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and stay extremely organized
