We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals who are comfortable working independently and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and address callers inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment
- Collaborate with other team members as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Follow company protocols and procedures consistently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Schedule:
Part-time, 9a - 4pm Mon - Friday
Must be Flexible may only work 1-2 weeks in a month
