We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals who are comfortable working independently and have excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address callers inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate team member
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain a neat and organized office environment
  • Collaborate with other team members as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Follow company protocols and procedures consistently


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office environment or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment


Schedule:

Part-time, 9a - 4pm Mon - Friday

Must be Flexible may only work 1-2 weeks in a month
