The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in preserving our leadership position and shaping our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing and a keen sense of attention to detail, while being very proï¬cient in time-management, math and computer skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work across departments to assemble materials and manage the proposal process from start to delivery, including researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner
- Use of AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT and other AI tools) to create RFP’s (Request for Proposal) or RFQ (Request for Qualifications)
- Research, manage or assemble materials (MPR’s – minimum project requirements, resumes, government documentation, project photos, etc.)
- Revise RFP or RFQ per feedback from Management
- Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Track and input opportunities, activities and documentation into CRM systems
- Participating in weekly meetings
- Collaborate with the team to grow, manage and improve the customer acquisition process
- Assist with other business development/marketing functions, as necessary
- Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related ï¬eld. Bachelors preferred.
- Experience: 1 year exposure to sales and marketing initiatives within the foodservice/ hospitality /foodservice equipment manufacturing industry preferred, or 3 years general sales, marketing or administrative responsibilities.
- Knowledge and Skills: Proï¬ciency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Use of Google (or similar) to research. Exposure to BlueBeam Revu/Adobe, InDesign and/or Canva a plus. Highly motivated, independent associate with strong interpersonal skills.
