Dayton / Custom Filters – Warehouse Associate (PART-TIME Position) Since 1935, Allied Supply Company Inc is an industry leading, family owned, wholesale distributor of Air Filtration, Control Systems, HVACR Parts/Equipment and Refrigeration Products with six locations in Ohio.Allied Supply Company, Inc. has a career opportunity for a Part-time Warehouse Associate responsible for cutting and assembling customized filters at our Dayton, Ohio location. Hours: Up to 30 hours per week.

The Warehouse Associate will increase operational efficiency, company profitability and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cut and assemble custom filters to customer specifications.
- Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up customer orders for delivery or pickup.
- Be able to record and maintain inventory of supplies being used to make customer filters.
- Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers.
- Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Follow all established policies and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.
- Occasional customer deliveries.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, two wheelers and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to adapt to changing schedules and demands to ensure superior customer service.
- Must possess the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Must manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of mathematical calculations (fractions).
- High level of dexterity.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- An exemplary attendance record is a must.
- Lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 75 lbs).
- Ability to maintain physical effort throughout the shift including, standing, bending, lifting, stooping, and squatting.
