Transteck is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented part time Accounting Assistant for our Freightliner of Lebanon dealership located in Jonestown, PA. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.
Job Description:
- Routing calls to correct departments
- Daily reconciliation of cash and credit cards and preparation of bank deposit
- Reconciling cashier drawers for service and parts department
- Scanning documents into CDK software
- Filing vendor invoices
- Posting A/P invoices daily
- Reconcile vendor statements
Requirements for position:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong work ethic and reliable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers
- Excellent phone skills
- CDK software experience is helpful
