Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.
Requirements· Fast & Friendly Service – engaging our customers with friendly service.
· Order Writing – write orders for grocery aisles only (no pre-book orders).
· Managing – manage overstock levels and upkeep of department conditions.
· Stocking Freight – unloads, organizes, and rotates. All pallets are off the floor by 9 am. Carts used for stocking.
· Backroom Organizing – clean and organize the backroom.
· Strong & Fast – must be able to lift 80 lb. boxes, work freight, and set department by deadlines.
· Product Knowledge – knowledgeable about all of the products in the grocery department and can comfortably make recommendations.
· Facing – face aisle daily, labels toward customer, straight & neat.
· Using cutter – cut boxes and unload product to shelf.
· Keeping Clean – ability to dust or clean shelves and products.
· Must be 18+.
· Must be able to work between the hours of 11:00 pm to 8:00 am with weekends and holidays.
