We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Outside Sales Representative to join the inground swimming pool team

• Serve as the main customer contact throughout all stages of the sales and installation process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish • Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs, preferences, property conditions, and budget considerations • Recommend and create appropriate pool designs, features, equipment, and upgrades based on customer goals and budget • Prepare, present, and explain detailed project estimates, proposals, and contracts • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, installation methods, materials, and current industry trends • Collaborate with internal teams (design, construction, service, and scheduling) to ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, and self-generated prospecting • Follow up with prospects and customers in a timely, professional manner •
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in CRM or sales management tools • Represent the company professionally at customer sites, events, and industry-related activities
and Skills: • Previous outside sales experience required; experience in pools, construction, home improvement, or related industries preferred •
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to customers • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently in the field • Valid driver’s license Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software a plus
