As a Community and Family Based Therapist you will provide exceptional mental health services to help people increase their level of functioning and assist in building skills and confidence to manage challenges in their lives.

You will conduct diagnostic assessments. Complete and review individual treatment plans per agency process. You will provide individual, family and group therapy as identified by the treatment plan and coordinate with other community agencies/providers when necessary. You will coordinate discharge planning, as well as complete all related documentation in the electronic health record as required in a timely manner. Attend supervisory sessions including consults and individual supervision. Work a schedule that is responsive to client and staff needs which will include evening hours. You must comply with all professional ethics and standards as well as maintain professional licensure or be on the clinical track for licensure through current licensing board at the State of Minnesota.

Successful candidates possess the ability to work effectively with all client and professional populations. Ability to work within a team environment, and effectively communicate with colleagues, co-workers, clients, and referral sources. Must possess computer literacy preferably in Microsoft Office.

You must possess a master’s degree in human service field is required, must be on track for clinical licensure through the State of Minnesota. Current licensure in the State of Minnesota for independent practice in social work, psychology, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy is desired.

This is a position that allows for employees to work a hybrid arrangement with minimal in-office responsibilities.

We provide EAP resources, including 8 mental health therapy sessions at no cost to employees or their family members, flexible scheduling, 4 1/2 weeks of PTO to start and 11 1/2 paid holiday per year.
