RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shared responsibilites with Full-time Office Administrator
  • Client communication and customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Lead qualification and delegation among producers.
  • Greeting clients and scheduling appointments.
  • Keep reception area clean, inviting, and functional.
  • Maintain office equipment/break room, order supplies, Property Manager Liaison.
  • Jive Overlord (VoIP system).
  • Organize Team Meetings as delegated.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM.
  • Process employee applications, terminations, and changes as needed by Account Managers.
  • Keep client accounts up to date with accurate data.
  • Compile employee packets and Benefit Books.
QUALIFICATIONS

The right person for this position is a team player who will contribute whatever is needed to keep our agency running efficiently, (complex issues and seemingly menial tasks, alike.) Attention to details is a must as accuracy is very important. Your interaction with clients must be professional, courteous and helpful.
  • Strong phone skills including clarity, strong diction, active listening, empathy and understanding
  • Computer savvy; ie: knowledge of Microsoft suite as well as Google Docs; ability to learn web-based interfaces
  • Effective and thoughtful written communication skills
