Iconica is seeking a MEP Design Engineer Intern to join our team for summer 2025! Join our growing team and be a part of something transformative!In this position, you will collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Engineers, gaining hands-on experience in:
- Conducting design and code compliance calculations.
- Developing schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents.
- Preparing technical specifications.
- Supporting design coordination with other disciplines and architects.
- Participating in site inspections and monitoring field construction.
- Reviewing and assessing shop drawings.
- Enrollment in an Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering program.
- Previous internship experience in design-build or construction (preferred).
- Familiarity with Revit or BIM360 (preferred).
- Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities or student organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- High initiative and passion for learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
