Empower Rental Group is hiring a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic in Memphis, TN! Empower Rental Group is a family of local equipment rental providers across the Southeastern US.

We began with 3 locations in 2021 with the goal of being the difference in the equipment rental industry by doing everything differently. We now have over 36 locations, and we are adding a Level 3 Mechanic to our team at a brand-new location in Memphis, TN!

Responsibilities Assists customers with loading and Makes notes on rental tags Assists customers with questions/customer service

Diagnose standard issues with heavy equipment powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems using a computer analyzer and traditional troubleshooting methods
Assists customers with loading and unloading fleet orders
Complete standard and complex repairs to the fleet
Cleans up the yard and shop area

Assists other mechanics with tasks such as lifting or moving heavy objects
Assists customers with questions/customer service as applicable
May perform repairs on the small fleet
Makes notes on rental tags

Required Skills & Experience Job Requirements Over 3-5 years of experience A Valid Driver’s
