At Frost Bank, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager - Private Banking to join our team and help us drive our Private Banking business forward. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and management, with a demonstrated track record of successful marketing strategy development and implementation.The Marketing Manager - Private Banking will create and execute innovative marketing plans and campaigns to support Frost Bank's Private Banking business.

This position requires an individual with a creative and strategic mindset, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a true passion for marketing. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.If you are a results-oriented creative professional with the drive to lead an impactful private banking marketing strategy, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative marketing Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to support Frost Bank's Private Banking business
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments to ensure Frost Bank remains competitive
Develop creative content for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and social media
Measure and report on marketing performance to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing plans are executed effectively
Act as a brand ambassador and manage the brand identity of Frost Bank's Private Banking business
Manage the budget to ensure the right resources are allocated for marketing activities
Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure the objectives are met
