Job Description
Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy and elevate its brand presence across the communities it serves. This role will drive initiatives that attract and retain customers, leverage data to inform decision-making, and strengthen local engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can “drive the ship” while also helping to build it. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the company’s marketing direction, modernize its approach, and use data-driven insights to move the business forward. What you will do:
• Develop and execute a modern marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth
• Oversee all brand and content initiatives—including social media, digital campaigns, website, email, and community outreach—ensuring consistency across all channels
• Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to inform decision-making and measure marketing effectiveness
• Partner with leadership to evaluate market opportunities, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
• Manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing activities with broader business objectives
• Champion community engagement and represent company values through events, sponsorships, and local partnerships
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing approach
What you will need to be successful:
• 3+ years of marketing experience, with some leadership capacity
• Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and data analytics
• Confident, collaborative communicator with the ability to influence, challenge ideas constructively, and inspire buy-in
• Telecom or technology industry experience a plus
