Job Description
This position supports the HR Team in areas of program management to include management of key initiatives and projects , reporting and analysis and administration and development of improved systems and processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. This role develops a solid understanding of the key drivers of success for HR and serves as a key resource on the team recommending opportunities to help drive better performance. Position will interact closely with HR Operations and COE’s including Organization and Development, Learning & Development, Compensation and Associate Relations in delivering process and systems efficiencies to improve deliverables.
