Description
The Manager of Contracting & Value Analysis leads a team focused on optimizing patient outcomes, maximizing value, and minimizing risk. This role advises on contracts, providing market insights and guiding the selection, negotiation, and administration of agreements. Managing 30 types of agreements, the role also develops and monitors KPIs, GPO metrics, and industry benchmarks to ensure a top-tier supply chain at CentraCare. Additionally, this position drives continuous improvement, staff development, and supports patient safety and Family Centered Care principles.
Schedule
- Full-time position | 80 hours every two weeks
- Days | Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, business management, or related field required, masters degree preferred
- 7+ years in supply chain (sourcing, contracting, value analysis) required, healthcare industry preferred
- 10+ years of healthcare supply chain (sourcing, contracting, value analysis) in lieu of bachelors degree
- Experience and competency with Microsoft office products including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with presenting and public speaking.
- Adept at developing and executing plans.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performing teams.
