About this role The Advertising Manager will lead Upon approval from leadership and the Advertising Manager and team

The Advertising Manager will lead the development and implementation of the company’s annual media planning and buying process. Upon approval from leadership and the Ad Committee, the Advertising Manager and team will execute approved tactics and measure outcomes using agreed upon KPIs.

Post implementation of the annual plan, the manager will optimize the plan throughout the year based on agency recommendations and the results of test and learn opportunities, ultimately delivering all media elements on time and on budget. Manage relationships with network media vendors, negotiate added value where appropriate

Manage Grand Opening marketing plan development, execution and optimization

Develop and execute approved national/local tactical marketing plan (in conjunction with agencies) with emphasis on production, creative, electronic media placement and integrations according to plan
Upon approval from leadership and the Ad Committee, the Advertising Manager and team will execute approved tactics and measure outcomes using agreed upon KPIs
Write Marketing Briefs and conduct kickoff meetings internally and with agencies
Manage agency relationship, reviews, and the agency RFP process when needed

Required Skills & Experience SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Experience writing and presenting Marketing Knowledge of advertising principles, media,

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration
Experience managing large corporate advertising budgets
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of advertising principles, media, buying, and market analysis
Experience writing and presenting Marketing and Creative Briefs
Experience with media production and placement
5+ years of experience buying media
