Description • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse – Private Duty – Full Time – Days or Nights • Days - 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - 3/12’s or 4/12’s with alternating weekends • Nights - 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. – 3/12’s or 4/12’s with alternating weekends

Required Skills & Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Current Licensed Practical Nurse / Minimum of one (1) year

Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing facility
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
Current CPR certification

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice
previous private duty / home healthcare experience preferred
