Long-Term Care RN – Full-Time $50/hr

Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care in a high-acuity, slower-paced setting
- Collaborate with clinical teams (MDs, NPs, social workers, etc.)
- Administer medications and treatments, following best practices
- Participate in care planning and support patient autonomy
- Monitor patient health and adjust care as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Fully vaccinated (COVID-19, both doses)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team
