Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled "B" ticketed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing and be adept at working with various plumbing systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and experience in both residential and commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. A background in HVAC equipment and installs would be an asset. The successful candidate would be required to work from both our locations, Winnipeg and Steinbach.

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks as needed.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing installations and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential hazards.
• Collaborate with other team members on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
• Experience with pipe threading, basic math skills for measurements, and heavy lifting capabilities.
• Valid drivers license is mandatory.
• Red Seal plumber with "B" gas ticket
