The Part-Time Client Services Specialist will work Saturday, Sunday, & Monday (16-24 hours). This role is accountable for facilitating positive interaction with American Century's internal and external clients by providing transactional and service excellence. This individual interprets and completes a variety of sophisticated client requests, including account establishment for multiple registration types and financial and non-financial transactions. In this role, you'll spend up to 8 weeks in training learning more complex transactions. Your performance results will be measured and evaluated throughout the life of the role.
