We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team in a board and care facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Job Details:
Shift: every other Saturday & Sunday 2:30 pm - 11 pm
Rate: $30/ Hour
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:- Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
