Link’s 10-week paid summer internship program is designed to help students gain valuable experience and develop legal and business skills while learning the basics of commercial and industrial real estate. We offer internships in 15 departments including Capital Markets, Construction, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, IT, Leasing, Legal, Property Management, Marketing and more.  

 

Link is looking for rising second-year and third-year law students who would be interested in gaining exposure to the day-to-day operations of an in-house legal department and developing practical legal skills.

YOU WILL LEARN:

This role will include supporting our legal professionals (and their business counterparts) in (i) the negotiation of purchase and sale documentation, financings, and leases, (ii) the oversight of ongoing litigation and other adversarial proceedings and (iii) the management of miscellaneous operational and compliance matters.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Must be actively enrolled in law school with a strong academic record

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, reading comprehension skills,

  • Legal drafting skills

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements

$30/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
