• Prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks in accordance with Goddard School menus and USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines in a timely manner • Plan menus, order food, and manage inventory within budget • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with local and state health regulations • Accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special meal plans • Complete required food production records and documentation • Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to support a positive school
• Follow all Goddard School policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
• Previous experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen manager (childcare, school, or healthcare setting preferred) • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices • Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently • Passion for providing nutritious meals for children • Must meet all Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) childcare licensing requirements, including background checks • Food handler or food manager certification (or willingness to obtain) • Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs
