JOURNEYMAN/CONTRACTOR PLUMBER SOUTH DAKOTA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Hiring Incentive of $2,000 offered SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

knowledge of plumbing compliancy and on-the-job safety experience

Required Skills & Experience Successful candidate must possess excellent knowledge of plumbing compliancy and be able to inspect plumbing

be knowledgeable in general residential construction and have the ability to operate construction related machinery
knowledge of plumbing compliancy and on-the-job safety experience
and the ability to communicate professionally
work with a variety of clients

Successful candidate must possess excellent customer service and trade experience
be able to inspect plumbing and HVAC work performed
understand basic math functions and calculations
the ability to lift and carry heavy objects
