About this role • **This is a short-term in Ruskin FL

• **This is a short-term project potentially 3+weeks*** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. in Ruskin, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential electrical work, with the ability to read blueprints and perform high and low voltage installations.

This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be working on various construction sites, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired according to industry standards.

Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, Utilize tools such as voltmeters

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or necessary repairs
Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively
Perform low voltage installations as required for various projects

Provide maintenance person services as needed, including frame carpentry and general construction tasks
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
Work with high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Journeyperson Strong knowledge of commercial electrical Proficiency in using electrical testing

Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician or similar role in the electrical field
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Experience working with high voltage installations is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and practices
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Familiarity with low voltage systems is a plus
