About this role

As an individual contributor, the Social Media Specialist assists in carrying out content for key marketing campaigns on social media and digital marketing channels. They provide support to the Social Media Manager by managing administrative tasks and special projects related to social media.

The role includes analyzing campaigns to detect performance trends and recommend adjustments. This person collaborates with international franchise partners, marketing colleagues, and merchant partners to develop content and strategies that increase social brand engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple groups to embed Social Media strategies into important campaign launches online, and assess the influence of social media (Organic) programs on sales and traffic
  • Develop Public Relations and Influencer activities to incorporate Social Media strategies across multiple channels
  • Updates and content publishing across channels throughout the implementation and analysis phases
  • Media platforms, including implementation of Status
  • Formulate strategic social media (Organic) initiatives for the brand, involving Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and developing platforms
  • Liaise between Social team and merchants to align initiatives with brand product priorities and upcoming key product launches
  • Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign content calendar across platforms
  • Complete day-to-day operations of the Social

Required Skills & Experience

  • Able to brief senior leaders, build relationships with external teams, and support immediate team members effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail
  • Developing and accomplishing Social Media channel strategies and content
  • Interacting with Customers/Fans (Community Management)
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and standard methodologies (Organic and Paid)
  • A great teammate with a positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • 3--5 years of Social Media experience working internally or within an agency
  • Managing Social Media accounts for a Brand or client Experience

Environment

Liaise between Social team and merchants to align initiatives with brand product priorities and upcoming key product launches

Support in-house photoshoots including shot lists and post-production process with graphic build team execution

Provide assistance for any possible problems emerging from discussions in the Social Media

Support team in delivery process including collecting links and document fonts for all creative released to franchise partners

Own social media reporting to hindsight performance on a quarterly basis, providing insights \& areas of opportunity to the broader internal team

A great teammate with a positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
