CLASSIFICATION Part-time (10-15 hours/week)

REPORTS TO VP Revenue, Events & Hospitality
LOCATION Park City, UT
TRAVEL 5% (1-2 weeks travel)
SALARY $20/hr-$25/hr
BENEFITS Access to athlete gym; staff lunch on Thursdays; hybrid work schedule

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Intern, Revenue Events & Hospitality will assist in the planning and execution of several key programs and events that support the Commercial and Foundation teams including the New York Gold Medal Gala, World Cup Hospitality, Board of Trustees Meeting, Champions Club and Partner Summit. This position will help the team deliver unparalleled experiences across multiple stakeholder groups including U.S. Ski & Snowboard commercial partners, donors, and special guests. Duties can include event operations, registration tracking, auction fulfillment, and partner/donor communications. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a number of different departments to learn more about event production, marketing, and communications.
