Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Retail Facilities Supervisor with vendor onboarding entry, preparing necessary reports, researching open maintenance items, sorting/routing mail, answering phones, working on projects, etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Fields repair requests via email, phone call, or MARS.

Process service requests to determine responsibility of repair by review of leases, exhibits, and warranty timelines within Lucernex/MARS in order to delegate to the appropriate party.

Document vendor categories, by store, and ensure that all stores have the correct vendors assigned at the proper pricing.

Set-up new or reactivated vendors in MARS once the vendor packet has been received.

Answer questions pertaining to facility work-orders or service requests from company department and store operations.

Assist in telephone coverage for the Facility Maintenance Team as needed.

Compose and type correspondence and generate reports as needed.

Assist with file creation and filing master files.

Assist in scanning documents to reduce paper files.

All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Currently enrolled in a college or university with a business related major

Proficient with basic skills such as typing, filing, and answering phones

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry in the appropriate applications ï‚· Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Must have integrity and be trustworthy.

Must be able to clearly convey information through written and spoken communication, track and prioritize multiple tasks and be flexible.

Ability to summarize written documentation, interpret lease information, and proofread for accuracy
