About the Role

Are you a CPA looking to lead and make an impact in the tax and accounting space? We’re seeking an Insurance Tax Manager to join our team! While experience in insurance is not required, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong accounting or tax background to take on this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance reviews with accuracy and precision.
• Handle consolidated corporate tax processes (state and federal preferred).
• Stay informed on changes to tax laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Assist in identifying and resolving tax-related issues effectively.
• Lead and mentor team members with a hands-on management approach.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, tax, insurance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven management experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and corporate taxation.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and flexible remote work environment.
