Job DescriptionThese work from home opportunities require individuals who strive to provide next-level care to clients and their customers and can excel in an environment where leads are provided. In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products
- Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data
- Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities
- Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses
- Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed
