Position: Inside Sales Representative - Bilingual (French/English) Location: Winnipeg, Canada Hours: 40 per week (Mon-Fri) 8am – 5pm Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Commission We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a fluent bilingual (English/French) speaking Inside Sales Representative (ISR); for Eastern Canada. The role is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM); and the sales process including following up on leads and arranging confirmed appointments with customers. They will also assist in order management and account management processes such as setting up new accounts, preparing quotes and coordinating shipments for delivery to customers. Successful candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. What will you be doing as our Inside Sales Representative? • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects regarding sales. • Provide expert product guidance and updates to customers. • Support and manage orders from initial stages through to delivery. • Develop long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service. • Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities with new and existing customers. • Develop new business through proactive and creative sales activities and identifying future market opportunities. • Support our Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) with market research identify new customers and product applications. • Carry out team administration tasks, including following up on sales leads and quotations. • Arrange sales meetings between clients and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). • Support pipeline and forecasting with the RSM. • Assist with follow-up tasks, activity notes, and new client communications to keep the RSM on the road. • Share technical knowledge to train colleagues and new starters. • Utilize our CRM system (NetSuite) to track opportunities, coordinate quotes with other subsidiary offices, and departments. • Must have the ability and flexibility to travel in Canada and the US for training and trade show purposes. What we are looking for in our Inside Sales Representative: • ​​​​​Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) information and build relationships with fluency in both French and English • Passion for giving excellent customer service. • Ability to deal with complex inquiries and independently make decisions to provide solutions to our customers • Previous sales experience. (recommended) • Detail oriented and able to multitask. • Technical proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. • Professional attitude and strong work ethic. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services. • Ability to work effectively in a team centric environment.
