Deep South Heavy Equipment is seeking an Inside Equipment and Forklift Sales Representative for Shreveport, LA. Responsibilities: · Managing internal customer sales inquiries up to and including completing the sale. · Process all light construction sales orders for the branch. · Assist all outside branch sales representatives in overall machine efforts. Requirements: · Candidate must be well organized, a self-starter with good people skills. · Must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. · Knowledge of the equipment/construction industry, as well as construction machinery and its applications, by our customers. · Excellent financial math skills. · Computer savvy. · Must have excellent written communication skills. · Ability to quickly change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced environment. · Must be flexible to work outside standard hours to meet customers’ needs. · Experience in a sales-related field preferred. · Must be a high school graduate, Marketing degree preferred.
