The successful candidate will be part of the wider mobile team operating out of our Shannon office, servicing our clients in the Shannon/Clare Region. The successful candidate will report into the Facilities Manager and will have a great opportunity to shape the future of our FM services in the mid-west of Ireland across several interesting business sectors. IE - Plumber Workplace Shannon Contract Type Permanent contract Activity Rate 100% Entry Date Immediately Publication Date 09/01/2026 Role Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems including boilers. Perform plumbing installations, upgrades, and modifications as required. Fault finding & repair on plumbing systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used. Provide detailed reports on works carried out. Communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service. Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level. Coordinate subcontractors when required. Qualifications Fully qualified plumber Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor Experience with welding is a plus Valid driver's license Role Requirements Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert Experienced in general plumbing maintenance Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team.
