Position summary
An intern working in the field of human resources helps in the development and implementation of policies The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to HR department. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to the HR department on various projects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsGather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsScreen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPrepare HR-related reports as needed Address employee queries about benefitsReview and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copiesParticipate in organizing company events and careers daysProvide administrative support as needed
