Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Director.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
• Support and drive culture change throughout the locations.
• Communicate benefits and services programs properly to employees.
• Encourages employees to utilize improvements through the use of technology
• Lead retention programs and establish recruitment strategies, training and placement for employees.
• Assist leadership in educating their staff about employee safety, health and security
• Coach Managers on handling HR issues with personnel
Requirements/Skills:
• Culture Change experience is a must
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Experience in a retail environment
• Experience with commission based employee compensation programs
• Experience with multiple sites
• 3-5 years of human resources management experience with a minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience
• Open to travel approximately 25%
