Ocean Bay, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Graphics Designer, Publications to join our team in Crane, IN. This position will support the Corporate Operations Department, Comptroller Department at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane). This program provides a wide range of non-personal professional, technical, and management support services in the areas of strategy and planning, research and analysis, program/project analyst support, financial management, communications/public relations, graphics and publications, property management, materials/supplies support, administrative, and management support services. Position Responsibilities: The Graphics Designer shall: Develop, prepare, and edit briefings, covers, brochures, presentations, and posters for distribution to NSWC Command personnel. Review, edit, and incorporate articles into the local military and civilian news publications that cover command level efforts. The Government representative shall approve for final print/distribution. Develop text-based articles and graphical publication materials for distribution to NSWC Command personnel. This publication shall be in the form of communication media (such as magazine, newsletter, etc.) including color text, graphics and pictures. On occasion, this support shall extend to the areas photography and video support to capture various events on film or video tape. Provide Organizational, Building, Conference and Symposia support by providing and setting up displays as well as other conference media. Design 3-D graphic design full layout posters, brochures and media bulletins. Develop interactive video presentations showcasing command level and S&T activities using compact disks. Provide database support and configuration management for the organization of graphic design files such as, but not limited to, graphics and soft copy documents. Position Requirements: US Citizenship. Active SECRET security clearance or previous SECRET clearance under current investigation window, eligible for re-instatement. Associate degree or formal training. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in graphics design or publication. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in graphics design or publications support for US Navy. Capable and skilled in verbal and written communications and able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management. Preferred Qualifications: Active SECRET security clearance. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in financial management support for US Navy. Experience providing support to NAVSEA and specifically NSWC Crane is highly preferred. Experience supporting the Corporate Operations Department, Comptroller Department at NSWC Crane is preferred. Position located in Crane, IN.
