Job Description

Description Summary: This is professional accounting work of a routine nature. The position reports to the Director of Grants and Contracts. Examples of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Performs analyses and reviews of financial transactions for federal, state and local restricted funds. • Assists with month-end and year-end close out and financial preparation. • Performs A-110, A-21 and A133 reporting and compliance activities. • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and invoices. • Assists principal investigators (PI’s) with inquiries relative to the Grants Accounting process and the facilitation of the grants. • Performs other duties as assigned.
